Location: Tampa Bypass Canal Harney Park, 7115 US-301, Tampa FL 33610

Required Waivers: Competitors MUST complete BOTH online waivers below

2. TARA (Tampa Area Racecourse Association) Waiver Click here to complete.

Student-Athlete Arrival Time at the Tent: 6:30 AM. Anticipate traffic delays and parking to arrive on time.

Parking: King High School, 6815 N 56th St, Tampa, FL 33610. Shuttle buses will transport you to the canal starting at 5:30 AM. Please drop of your athletes at the Tampa Bypass Canal before going to King to park.

There is also limited parking at SWFWMD, located at 7601 US-301 N, Tampa, FL 33637, a which is a short walk to the Tampa Bypass Canal. Please consider a suggested cash donation of $10 for the Boy Scouts who are helping with parking.

TeamSnap App: A reminder, as stated in the participation policy you signed, student-athletes and parents will be expected to use only HHSRC platforms, which are TeamSnap and Remind, for official team communications. Use TeamSnap, especially on Regatta days, to ask or answer questions, and receive race updates. Now is a good time to double-check your account and ensure your contact information is correct.

Club Volunteers: We can't participate in this regatta without help from the parents. Please sign up here to help out and earn volunteer hours for the spring season. The sign up will be available closer to the regatta. Please visit this link for more information about club families' required volunteer hours. Please self report your hours after the event here.

Regatta Volunteers: If you would like to also volunteer for the regatta host, launch boat driver shifts and stakeboat holder shifts are available at this regatta. Sign up here. Stakeboat holders earn HHSRC volunteer hours, and launch drivers earn HHSRC volunteer hours and a $50 credit to the club for each shift completed as a launch driver. The $50 will also count towards your family fundraising goals, a win-win! Volunteering for the regatta host gives you a unique view of the regatta that you don't get from the shore! Please self report your hours after the event here.

What to wear: Student-athletes are required to wear their unisuit.

Hospitality Food Payment: Food For Student-Athletes, Team Family Members, and Fans of HHSRC - The cost per person is $15 for a hot breakfast and a hot lunch. Please pay by Midnight, February 23, 2024. Purchasing in advance not only guarantees you have food, it also cuts down on waste. Payment will not be accepted the day of the event. Wristbands will be given to those who paid.
