When: Saturday, April 6, 2024

Student-Athlete Arrival Time: 6:30 AM. Plan for traffic delays and a walk from the Southwest FL Water Management District (SWFMD) parking lot in order to arrive on time. Student-athletes dropped off at the Harney Park boat ramp should also anticipate traffic delays.

Location: Tampa Bypass Canal Harney Park, 7115 US-301, Tampa FL 33610

Parking: Park at the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFMD) parking lot located at 7601 US-301 N, Tampa, FL 33637, a short walk to the park. Please bring a $5 donation to the Boys Scouts that will be volunteering to help park cars. There may be parking in the Harney Park lot, it is a small lot and will fill up quickly. TeamSnap App: A reminder, as stated in the participation policy you signed, student-athletes and parents will be expected to use only HHSRC platforms, which are TeamSnap and Remind, for official team communications. Look to TeamSnap especially on Regatta days, to ask or answer questions, and receive race updates. Now is a good time to double-check your account and ensure your contact information is correct.

Hospitality Trailer and Tent Location: TBD

Hospitality Food Payment: Food For Student-Athletes, Team Family Members, and Fans of HHSRC - The cost per person is $15 for a hot breakfast and a hot lunch. Membership fees do not include meals for athletes. Please pay by Midnight, March 29, 2024. Purchasing in advance not only guarantees you have food, it also cuts down on waste. Payment will not be accepted the day of the event. Wristbands will be given to those who paid.

Club Volunteers: We can't participate in this regatta without help from the parents. Please sign up here to help out and earn volunteer hours for the spring season. FSRA Regatta Volunteers: All participating teams are expected to supply volunteers. Sign up here to to be an FSRA District Championship volunteer. If you have experience driving a launch boat around racing shells and would like to volunteer as a launch driver, follow this link. Regatta volunteer hours also count toward your HHSRC volunteer hour commitment. Please self report your hours after the event here.
