Varsity Camps Registration 2021
Three week camp, open to all HHSRC rowers and coxswains, will incorporate both water and land training. The camp will culminate in a day of racing in Daytona, FL at the 25th Annual Halifax Summer Regatta. More information on Regatta Central.
Dates: Tuesday 7/6 to Saturday 7/24
Practices times: Monday-Friday 3:30-6:15pm; Saturdays 7:30-9:30am @ Julian B. Lane River Center
Race Day: Saturday, July 24 @ Intracoastal Waterway, City Island, Daytona Beach, FL
Cost: $400 per athlete. Includes camp/racing T-shirt as well as costs associated with day-of-race such as registration fee, travel costs, regatta fees, breakfast snacks, lunch, and dinner in Daytona.
Unfortunately scholarships are not available for camps. Regular academic year practices are slated to return the week of August 9th, with practices starting the week prior. Additional information will be sent out closer to the start of school with registration information for the 2021-22 Academic year.
Varsity Camp is sponsored by Hillsborough Rowing Club and will be coached by the HHSRC coaching staff.
About TeamSnap Registration
IMPORTANT: Please use a parent or guardian's TeamSnap account to complete the registration process. Please do not use the student-athlete's email. You can add the student-athlete later into your account. This will ensure that everyone is on our communications list. Please also complete the TeamSnap registration on a laptop or desktop.
When clicking on the [Register] button below, you will be prompted to either sign-in to TeamSnap or to sign-up and create a new TeamSnap account. We use TeamSnap for all our registration forms, payments and communications. The TeamSnap account that is signed into or created during registration is the one that will be responsible for making payments.
If you find that you cannot finish the registration all in one session, you may close your browser window (after clicking "save and continue") and come back later to complete it.
BEFORE YOU START THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, Please complete the following required items. You will be asked to upload the items during the registration process. Please contact the club if you encounter any issues.
- Please download the City of Tampa Waiver. Complete the waiver, scan and name in the following format: lastname.firstname.COT. This parent signed policy is required when registering. se the begin and end dates of the Learn To Row Session you are participating in. You will asked to upload this document during the registration process.
- Please download and complete the 23/24 Participation Policy. Please name this document in the following format: lastname.firstname.2324Policy. This signed policy, by parent and student-athlete, is required when registering. You will asked to upload this document during the registration process.
- Please download and complete the Watersport Waiver. Please name this document in the following format: lastname.firstname.Water. This signed policy, by parent and student-athlete, is required when registering. You will asked to upload this document during the registration process.
