The Head of the South Regatta is one of the largest head races in the Southeast Region, and is hosted by the Augusta Rowing Club. Every year it boasts hundreds of boats from multiple states competing on the beautiful Savannah River. For event information click here. Volunteer Information: We can only attend this regatta with help from the parents! A volunteer sign up will be available closer to the regatta.

Matt Abel Speed Fiesta Photos: We have an archive of regatta and team event photos of over 10 years, and it can only continue with contributions from our parents and student-athletes. Additionally, we use the images in the Awards Banquet slideshow! Upload photos from the HOTS Regatta to this folder.
Weather: Look at your favorite weather app or website to check if rain/cold conditions are possible.
TeamSnap App: A reminder, as stated in the participation policy you signed, student-athletes and parents will be expected to use only HHSRC platforms, which are TeamSnap and Remind, for official team communications. Use TeamSnap, especially on Regatta days, to ask or answer questions, and receive race updates. Now is a good time to double-check your account and ensure your contact information is correct.
