This two day regatta is hosted by Florida Scholastic Rowing Association and Sarasota Crew, and is for all rowers. Learn more on Regatta Central.

Student-Athlete Arrival Time: 6:30AM
Parking: Vehicle parking is $15 per day. More information will be available closer to the regatta.
Boat Assignments: Boat assignments are here. Please keep in mind that times are tentative and subject to change without notice.
TeamSnap App: A reminder, as stated in the participation policy you signed, student-athletes and parents will be expected to use only HHSRC platforms, which are TeamSnap and Remind, for official team communications. Look to TeamSnap especially on Regatta days, to ask or answer questions, and receive race updates. Now is a good time to double-check your account and ensure your contact information is correct.

Hospitality Food Payment: Food For Student-Athletes, Team Family Members, and Fans of HHSRC - The cost per person is $30, which covers the meals for two days, hot breakfasts and hot lunches. Please pay by Midnight, April 5, 2024. Purchasing in advance not only guarantees you have food, it also cuts down on waste. Payment will not be accepted the day of the event. Wristbands will be given to those who paid.
Club Volunteers: We can't participate in this regatta without help from the parents. Please sign up to help out and earn volunteer hours for the spring season. Please visit this link for more information about club families' required volunteer hours. Please self report your hours after the event here.
Regatta Volunteers: If you would like to also volunteer for the regatta host, please visit this link. There are many opportunities to help out. Volunteering for the regatta host gives you a unique view of the regatta that you don't get from the shore! Regatta volunteer hours earned count towards the club's required volunteer hours. From FSRA (Florida Rowing Association): Volunteers are required from each participating team to allow FSRA to run a successful regatta. Teams need to sign up for 1 position per program plus 1 position per entry. Remember to include your team name with your signup. Programs should sign up for only their obligated number of positions by the regatta registration deadline. Each position that is not filled by a team by the deadline will result in a $250 fee.
Regatta VIP Tower Tickets
A limited number of tickets will be sold for each regatta allowing 2nd floor access for the weekend. 170 tickets per regatta will be available via the links below. Soft drinks, water, and snacks provided. VIP guests are welcome to bring their lawn chairs to sit out on the 2nd floor observation deck. No pets allowed.
